I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Quite beautiful!
So this is how the story Ramayan goes... Lord Sriram's wife Sita is kidnapped and locked up by the demon king Ravan in Srilanka. So Ram wants to go to the other side by crossing the ocean. He worships the ocean for three days at the shore but the ocean doesn't give him way through. So now lord is angry and going to shoot with his bow and arrow to divide it to make way.
On a lighter note, in a modern day context people would be congratulating Lord Ram and the trending hashkey would be #ramisfree , prospective ladies beelining right ? But I feel this is so romantic like a fairy tale and that is why fairy tales and epics are so nice and heart touching!
This is the only scene where Lord Ram is angry and shooting at the ocean.
This is an original commissioned artwork by Geeta Biswas. I have used both oil and acrylic colors on canvas for this painting. Only the prints are available.
