Under the circumstances, as per rules of golf there is no relief to the player !
Golf is a very fair game and rules of golf explain every situation where a golfer is entitled to relief.
This is a passing idea that prompted me to do this conceptual art in watercolor within an hour. I have also experimented with the paper. I applied texture white also known as gesso to the paper and after it dried well I did the painting. The spread of the color on the surface is limited but I think I managed to get the painting as desired.
This is an original concept in watercolor by Geeta Biswas.
